Sustainable Agriculture
Farming in such a way to protect the environment, aid and expand natural resources and to make the best use of nonrenewable resources.
Animal Husbandry
Controlled cultivation, management, and production of domestic animals, including improvement of the qualities considered desirable by humans by means of breeding.
Food Preservative Techniques
Youth will learn a number of methods by which food is kept from spoilage after harvest or slaughter.
